The Stormalexis is a Canadian alternative rock band founded by Husband and Wife duo Tosia Alexis (Vocals, Keys) and Austin Storm (Guitars). Based out of Montreal, Canada, it wasn’t until the enigmatic couple relocated to Canada’s most musical and artistic city that they would meet and team up with Bachir Al Khouri (Drums) and Toro Toledo (Bass) to begin making waves in Montreal’s underground music scene.
The Stormalexis draws inspiration for their music from the social and political upheavals of our time, the enchanting beauties and heartbreaking tragedies of our planet and personal liberation. Adept at producing powerhouse rock and roll anthems, The Stormalexis also love to blend acoustic instrumentation with electronic soundscapes, energetic beats and powerful mesmerizing vocals to create a sound that is both completely unique, and yet strangely familiar.
